This program is focused 1:1 weekly sessions for more in depth healing, that has been endured either in childhood or adult life, causing anxiety, depression, or a feeling of loss/grief processing.

It all begins with a complimentary 30 min session to make sure we are a good fit for this powerful transformative experience. A sense of trust and comfort is required for this work.
