Rejuvenation Retreat!

Join us for a day of rejuvenation “retreat” The perfect way to relax and restore, connect. Experience a yoga class, breathwork session, Ayurveda workshop, Ayurvedic lunch, a blissful session of sound healing, and meditation in the salt room.

This program is focused 1:1 weekly sessions for more in depth healing, that has been endured either in childhood or adult life, causing anxiety, depression, or a feeling of loss/grief processing.

It all begins with a 20-30min complimentary session to make sure we are a good fit for this powerful transformative experience. A sense of trust and comfort is required for this work.
