Reconnecting with the source of life energy - pure BEING is what creates wholeness and perfect health. There are many ways that encourage our bodies to live in alignment with who we are, why we are here, and how to navigate through life with love, understanding, compassion, courage, and whole health.

Blockages create disconnection from the source of life energy, disrupting the flow and balance of mind, emotion, and body. These blockages can be energetically held blockages by emotional trauma or in Ayurveda we call Ama “toxins” blockages that block the body’s normal flow of energy and intelligence.

Pouring our attention (consciousness) into creating and nurturing our mind and body grows and strengthens the aspects of ourself in lightness.

Most blockages can create illness and suffering in our body and in our life and we utilize the power of breath, meditation, along with asana (postures) that serve as a container for the inner work that is done to soften, loosen and remove energetic, emotional, and psychological (subconscious) Ama, and old patterns, creating flow and space for healing and growth.

In Ayurvedic yoga we bring connection and balance using all the gifts that nature has given us. We use intention and consciousness to create balance in our lives.
