Deepen your understanding of the truth of who you are. Awaken your heart, Rise above your pain, and Find inner peace in a community of support, love, and deep connection. Principles of Ayurveda yoga, healing breathwork and meditation will be practiced in this powerful group program designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Cost: $399 a month/ $997 pay in full. (saving of $200)! This includes one 45- minute coaching/healing session per month with Christy. (Total of 3 one-on-one sessions. (A value of $450)

Inner Awakening - Healing Soul Retreival 1:1 Program
This program is focused 1:1 weekly sessions for more in depth trauma healing, that has been endured either in childhood or adult life, causing anxiety, depression, or a feeling of loss/grief processing.
It all begins with a 20-30min complimentary session to make sure we are a good fit for this powerful transformative experience. A sense of trust and comfort is required for this work.
