The Inner Alighment Soul Retrieval process gets to the root of the trauma that is embedded in the body. Upon accessing the original trauma experience, we can shift vibrations back to a space of peace and wholeness. There are aspects of healing trauma, all of which are executed concurrently. We first need to heal the trauma in the body by accessing the past, which is still living in the body in the present moment. Using this Soul Retrieval process, we get to the core of the trauma to release the base vibrations that can cause anxiety and/or depression. Once it is healed, we work on rewiring by bringing awareness, understanding, and acceptance in, so that we can transition to a new way of being.
